• Operational data: minimal request metadata and logs to secure and improve the service.
• Optional AI chat: user prompts and context relayed to OpenAI strictly to fulfil the request.

How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the service, including account creation and subscription management.
• Process payments via Stripe and send transactional communications.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, monitor availability and performance.
• Respond to enquiries and provide support.
• Where you opt in, provide AI chat responses via our OpenAI relay.
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting).

Sharing & Sub‑processors

• Stripe (payments; EU/US): checkout, subscriptions, receipts. Card data is handled by Stripe only.
• Email/SMTP provider (UK/EU): transactional communications.
• Hosting/CDN: serving the site and APIs.
• ipapi.co (GeoIP; optional, with consent): approximate country to localize language/currency.
• open.er‑api.com (exchange rates; optional, with consent): display estimated local currency amounts.
• OpenAI (optional AI relay): chat prompts and context to generate responses (no training by default per API policy).

We enter into appropriate data protection terms with our vendors, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EU (e.g., Stripe, OpenAI, ipapi.co). We rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK IDTA/UK Addendum as applicable, and we encrypt data in transit. Card data is processed by Stripe.

Retention

• Contact enquiries: typically up to 24 months.
• Operational logs: typically 30–90 days.
• Orders/billing: per tax and accounting laws.
• We may retain limited information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Controller & Processor Roles

We act as a controller for website accounts, marketing, and operational data. We act as a processor where we handle personal data on behalf of business customers within the platform. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request via info@zeour.co.uk.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided us personal data, please contact us to delete it.
