These Terms govern your access to and use of the VeloxHub by ZEOUR LTD services. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement & Eligibility
- You represent that you have authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you use the Service, or that you are of legal age and capacity if using personally.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.
2. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring that your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
- You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or security issue.
3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
- Plans & pricing: Displayed on the website; taxes may apply based on your region.
- Payments via Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments. Card details never touch our servers.
- Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before renewal.
- Trials: If a trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Cancellations & refunds: You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled in line with applicable law and any plan‑specific terms.
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity; no harassment or abusive content.
- No reverse engineering, security testing without permission, or interference with the Service’s operation.
- No spam, unauthorized bulk messaging, or misuse of communication features.
- Respect third‑party rights and applicable regulations (e.g., privacy, telecom, consumer protection).
5. Customer Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of Customer Data you submit to the Service. We process it to provide and improve the Service, per our Privacy Policy.
- We act as a processor where we handle personal data on your behalf; a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
- Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller/processor under its terms.
- Optional AI chat is relayed to OpenAI to generate responses; API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default.
6. Service Availability & Support
- We strive for high availability and timely support. Planned maintenance may occur with notice where feasible.
- We may modify or discontinue features; if materially adverse, we will provide notice and options where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
- We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service and content. No rights are granted except as expressly provided.
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
8. Third‑Party Services
The Service integrates with third‑party providers such as Stripe (payments) and OpenAI (optional AI). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
9. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. International Compliance
You represent that you are not subject to sanctions and that your use complies with export control and sanctions laws.
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
